Escrow Services

In today’s ever demanding business environment, it is of increasing importance to ensure that the good reputation of an organisation remains intact and that it does not place itself at risk due to the actions of a third party, which could mishandle funds or default on the delivery of the end product.

The Karma Group use Hutchinson’s Escrow Services to manage the distribution of monies for certain products which helps mitigate this risk. Fractional products, for example, where units within the project are sold come an allocated Termination Date would see our Escrow Service handle the revenue received from the sale of the unit whereupon said funds would be transferred to our independent client escrow account. Shares of the sales proceeds would then be distributed to members in line with the guidelines set out in the projects Rules of Occupation. This is a secure service offered to the Karma Group which allows external sales agents to focus on the selling side rather than the collection of monies.
