The Trustee produces regular reports comparing the number and type of timeshare members, with an analysis of the inventory it holds in trust. Adequacy of holiday accommodation, while also considering the accommodation size, seasonality, occupancy type, is ensured prior to issuance of a membership certificate. Therefore, every member who is in receipt of Membership Certificate can be rest assured that their holiday membership purchase is properly backed by the appropriate number of holiday accommodation.
